Refunds and Returns Policy

At Nuvira Care, we aim to ensure satisfaction with every service or program you purchase.
However, due to the nature of personalized fertility and wellness services, we have the following refund policy:

1. Program Fee

  • Fertility program fee is non-refundable once purchased.
  • If you face any technical issue, we’ll do our best to offer assistance (case-by-case basis).

2. Digital Products or Content

If your purchase includes downloadable material, it is considered delivered once access is provided and is not eligible for refund.

3. Physical Goods (if applicable)

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order.

Occasionally, Nuvira Fertility may send physical wellness products such as herbal supplements or fertility support kits.

Any physical goods sent are not eligible for return or replacement once delivered, due to hygiene, storage, and safety standards.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), refunds may be processed after review.
To request one, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at nuvirafertility@gmail.com with proof of payment.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
